a) When the time Boss Monster Drops was removed by Jagex, supply also reduced because it has only a small of chance to drop an item when borrowing.
b) Any special items removed as such barrows armour makes drastic effect in Runescape.
In other words, Runescape Grand Exchange moves base on the demand and supply. So normally when there is a shortage of an item of course prices changes.
Same as the items like Godswords, Dragon Claws, Abyssal Whips, Saradomin Swords and more of Barrow items, as you can see that all of those have increased.
2. Jagex Introducing New Drop Systems
It was two being ago when Jagex eliminated the free trade and replaced it with the new rule of Runescape Grand Exchange.
Now, Jagex plotting of another items to add the PvP new drop systems and these are the god statuettes, icons and more items.
The moment that the new drop system introduced, it elevates the runescape economy and thus unsuccessful at all.
I took advantage of the change I have seen from the players, they even got richer and I too made even more hundred millions of gp.
The main reason for that is because these items are not controlled by the law of supply and demand from Runescape itself.
