How to Play a Warrior
When you are just beginning Planet of Warcraft, Warriors are an brilliant class to play. They are relatively simple and much simpler to keep alive than say a Mage or Warlock. They may be simpler than other classes to get to grips with playing well, but Warriors are not dull and have many angles to them, especially if you want to play them to their peak potential.
This is brief intro to Warriors in WoW, for a more indepth article check out: Warrior Leveling Guide
Warriors are the real fighters in WoW. Some Warriors really are nearly impossible to beat in combat. They are skillful and knowledgeable in the ways of war. Warriors can rally a whole army with a shout or a battle-weep, they know morale and how to lift it. They are the masters of PvP combat, and particularly in the Arena at the end.
Warriors can wear any armor, which makes them incredibly tough to hurt, and they have very high hit points. They can also use any weapon in the game, which is a fantastic advantage. The primary weak point of a Warriors is their lack of healing abilities, which is not fantastic for someone that gets hit so much, so you have to learn Initially Aid and carry lots of healing potions. Their main weakness is doubtless their lack of healing ability, but Initially Aid and lots of healing potions make up for it. You also need to have a continuous supply of gold to pay for armor and weapon repairs on account of fighting so much, so choosing a excellent profession is vital.
Each race has it’s own racial abilities that compliment your Warrior so choose carefully. Dwarves are brilliant Warriors because they are very strong and have Stoneskin – which cures poisonand flow of blood. Orcs are fantastic Warriors too with resistance to stun and Blood Fury. But Troll’s abilities to berserk and rekindle are brilliant for a Warrior. For a sneakier Warrior play a Night elf who can Shadowmeld and creep up on opponents.
The very best way to erect a perfect Warrior is to follow a excellent guide. I have written a review of one here: Click Here
Warriors have some abilities that enhance their combat skills and hurt – these abilities are based on Rage. They erect it up when they fight, or from some abilities and potions. And this is what makes Warrios so powerul against many enemies at once – Their Rage builds up as they get hit – so if they get hit more, they just get angrier and more powerful!
One of the ways you can develop your Warrior as you progress is to focus on becoming the ultimate hurt-dealer. An all out attacking machine that can end whatever thing. The other selection is to become very defensive – a battle tank that can absorb huge amounts of hurt without falling over. The perfect tank.
