It’s just as much fun playing Wii Games one up than what it is watching Granpa showing off his boxing moves he likes to brag about. As long as what Granpa can still string together a few combinations he will be able to show you a thing or two. No need for previous gaming experience – apart from of course grandpa’s boxing skills. What I’m trying to get at is that you’ll struggle to find a console that will beat the Wii for it’s fun interactive gaming, it’s user friendliness and it’s ability to appeal too so many uncommon generations. If you don’t delight in it you doubtless also don’t like puppies, ice cream or having fun – in which case you’re a lost cause anyways, so sorry, nothing (not even 1000 free Wii games) or no-one will be able to help your grumpy ass (excuse my french, but some folks just don’t get it).

Lets have a instant look at what type of games you can expect from Wii. I will try to keep it brief so as not to bore you with too many details, but at the same time still try to give you a better understanding as to why wii (and by wii I mean we…get it… wii we wii we wii we, sorry getting a bit carried away with a lame cheesy joke hey?)…..why we feel so strongly that the Wii console is for everyone.

The Wii Games collection covers just about any type of game you can reckon of. From a host of racing games to sports games to adventure games like the legendary Mario Bros. There is certainly a game available for everyone in the Wii collection and too many to mention here (please refer to the Wii Showroom game pages after reading this article to check out some of the best games available). In Super Mario Galaxy 2 (my favourite game) you will experience a gravity defying adventure as you battle for the princess’s freedom while travelling from one galaxy to the next in this absolutely awesome game. Some of the older generation will but doubtless not find this game as simple to play as some of the other games, but for everyone else Super Mario Galaxy is an absolute must. There is also a fantastic variety of other Mario games available ranging from Mario Party to Super Mario Bros.

Do you agree that music brings people together? Well then, if you want some entertianment for that next dull family colloquium then get out Wii Guitar Hero 5. You can have family members singing their own rock songs or you can do some family bonding and jam together as a band depending on how many instrument controllers you have bought. Uncle Sid (or whatever his name is) can do his favourite (and doubtless ridiculously hillarious) Mick Jagger impression when he sings a Rolling Stones tune. The wii Showroom and Nintendo irrevocably deny any responsibility for the pain and suffering caused by Uncle Tim And Aunty Sylvia’s duet, which doubtless sounds more like two Crows fighting over some food than a rock song. You can hand the mic to anyone to sing, but don’t forget this action is really at your own risk. This game will but provide lots of fun and laughter at the next family get together!

We certainly also need to quickly mention Wii Fit. Now you’ll probabbly reckon I’m crazy, but thanks to Wii exercising has become a whole lot more fun than it use to be? For some or other reason though exercise becomes a whole lot more fun when playing an interactive game that is in essence really a type of exercise simulation. You’ll be of the couch in no time as you tackle the balance board while trying to play many of the exercise themed games like skateboarding, aerobics, rhythm kung fu or boxing to but name a few of the games available. Before you know it you heart rate would have increased and you’ll be effective up a bit off a sweat and Mr.Couch Potatoe will be no more as you start exercising while you are gaming. But, just like the skateboarding exercise won’t miracously turn you into the next Tony Hawk, so Wii Fit won’t transform you into a super athlete but you’ll be exercising and having fun….I’m being dead serious….exercise while you’re having fun. Impossible? Prove me incorrect.

Time limitation is something that I believe should play a huge thing when consoles and games are being designed. I don’t know about you, but I certainly don’t have the time to learn all the ins and outs of a game in order to become an expert in that game. Most of us just don’t have time to become hard core gamers. With work, family responsibilities, studying, functions, exercising because we have to (health), doing groceries, shopping, rushing here and there etc. etc. etc…..with so much to do in so small time and all the daily problems we run into our lives, all the average guy in the street wants is a fun gaming experience that provides a bit of a challenge which isn’t over complicated or requires hours of gameplay to decipher. Nintendo Wii Games provides all of that with the added bonus of being able to provide an awesome interactive social experience. Don’t be fooled though, this doesn’t mean the Wii is only for casual gamers. It just doesn’t matter whether you are grandpa or junior, if you want to play you can, irrespective how much you know about gaming. I reckon it is therefore safe to say that Wii is doubtless the best all round gaming console available today.

Irrespective of what other gaming console fans say, The Nintendo Wii is still the most user friendly gaming selection around for the avergae man in the street. There is one more fact that you might not have information of that is rather vital…..Nintendo Wii remains the fastest promotion console in the history of the gaming industry and that says it all. The facts are the facts, whether the sceptics like it or not the numbers don’t lie. More than 75 million Wii Consoles have already been sold and we are convinced millions more will follow. Whether you become part of the worldwide Wii family is of course entirely up to you. As far as we are concerned Nintendo Wii is truly for Everyone……….. So go and get it and join in the fun?
