If you are at all into your video games you will know that this winter marks a revolution in the way we play them. If you are not sure on what this is then here is the overview.
You Are The Controller In This
This is the entire point of the new hardware that Microsoft are releasing and it marks a new and revolutionary way of playing games by allowing gamers to play without the need of a controller. So you are going to be expecting a lot of wires attached to the body well you are incorrect because not one wire is needed. If you know how to go your hands, shake your hips or speak then you are capable of playing the game.
Microsoft is really focusing in on the voice recognition and players are going to be able to focus in on and interact with games like never before.. Online quizzes with the host recognising voices are set to appear.
Of course there are other companies out there that are calling all of this a load of nonsense and Sony are at the top of this list, they are saying they made this technology a long time ago (eyetoy) the fact is they made a cheap toy and this is not cheap and it is not a toy, it can map 3D, recognise individual people and is a step towards virtual reality.
I am not sure that something like Halo would really work out for something like this and I have not seen any major games announced as of yet. It has been announced that Allegory 3 will have features in it for Project Biological but the entire game will not be set around it.
It is very likely that we will see a new translation of the Xbox 360 with the relief of Biological but Microsoft have already said that older versions will work fine.
Although many of the new Xbox 360′s are not overheating it is safe to say the ancient ones are pretty unreliable which is why you should get something like dehumidifiers. I have even tried cooling mine down with a portable air conditioner but a dehumidifier works best.
