Warrior Class Guide
If you delight in both combat and being the tank in a group then certainly consider the Warrior class. In the following WoW Warrior guide you’ll be introduced to the Warriors strengths and talents.
Warriors are fantastic tanks but don’t let this limit you as they are also excellent at other types of combat. In fact their wide selection of armor and weapons makes them particularly excellent at Melee DPS. They really have a wider choice of weapons and armor than any class.

Let’s start out in the WoW Warrior guide by looking at some of their strengths.
- Selection of Armor & Weapons: Warriors can wear pretty much any kind of armor including plate armor at level 40. They have an nearly unlimited weapons selection. After leveling to 20 they can dual wield.
- High Hit Points
- DPS to Tank: Warriors can switch mid combat from DPS to Tanking.
Now let’s check out some of their weaknesses and some challenges they face.
- Gear Dependent: In order to be effective you must reckon about the best gear.
- Threat Reducing: They don’t have any real means of reducing threat
- Healing: They don’t have healing abilities
Three unique stances define the abilities of the Warrior, and are listed below.
- Battle Stance: This is the most balanced of the three.
- Defensive Stance: Fantastic for taking hurt.
- Berserker Stance: This is a completely attacking stance and maximizes hurt output.

Arms: Talents
- Deep Wounds: Fantastic for inflicting hurt.
- Taste for Blood, Improved Overpower, and Unrelenting Assault: Particularly excellent for Melee.
- Sudden Death: Collective with Mortal Strike you’ll be able to cause massive hurt to enemies in very small time.
- Trauma: Increases your output.
Fury: Talents
This one’s very gear dependent and shouldn’t be used for group play or raids. But it’s excellent for inflicting instant hurt. Here’re some talents:
- Cruelty, Armored to the Teeth: This is an essential talent.
- Enrage: Really excellent for when leveling and playing solo.
- Flood
- Bloodthirst: If you do play a raid then this will help keep you alive by helping you inflict massive hurt and heals quickly.
- Titans Grip: Wield two handed weapons, Whirlwinds and Slams
The Protection erect is particularly excellent for defensive play. Here’s a list of talents.
- Incite
- Warbringer: Makes the Warrior in the end unstoppable in PvP.
- Gag Order: Another brilliant talent for PvP.
Gearing up right is beyond the scope of this WoW Warrior guide, just be attentive of the fact that Warriors are very gear dependent and it’s vital to gear up right.
